MerchantPaisa Acquirer Solution is an enterprise payment acquiring, processing, routing and financial-switching platform designed to connect banks, fintechs, PSPs and payment platforms with multiple acquiring providers and payment networks through a unified processing architecture.
Financial institutions and payment platforms can integrate once with MerchantPaisa instead of rebuilding provider-specific payment-processing logic for every acquirer, processor or rail.
The platform centralizes validation, idempotency, risk, limits, provider selection, credential selection, transaction execution, timeout recovery, scheme clearing, settlement, reconciliation and financial operations.
Acquirer Solution
MerchantPaisa Acquirer Solution now extends beyond real-time authorization into the complete post-transaction financial lifecycle, providing a configurable framework for scheme clearing, settlement, reconciliation and exception management.
Process the post-authorization financial lifecycle through scheme-oriented clearing, settlement and reconciliation workflows, including presentment, acknowledgements, fee processing, settlement positions and exception management.
Internal engineering, UAT and pre-certification readiness completed. Official Visa/Mastercard specification mapping and external certification remain subject to scheme/sponsor requirements.
Management Portal Roadmap
Centralized Operational and Configuration Control for the MerchantPaisa Payment Platform
The MerchantPaisa Management Portal gives authorized operational, technical and administrative teams centralized visibility and control across the acquiring and payment-processing platform.
It is designed for authorized internal and operator users, not public merchant checkout users.
API Platform Available Soon
MerchantPaisa API Platform is the next stage of the MerchantPaisa enterprise integration layer, expanding the platform with additional APIs, management capabilities, provider connectivity and reusable integration services.
Who uses it
MerchantPaisa is positioned for organizations that need controlled payment infrastructure without embedding provider behavior throughout their upstream platform.
Core platform
End-to-end flow
Each stage is kept explicit so payment status, financial posting and operational recovery remain traceable.
Public architecture
Sanitized diagrams show the business and technical model without exposing internal URLs, private topology, credentials or operational controls.
Financial safety
No Blind Rerouting After Ambiguous Financial Transmission
Smart routing
Routing policies are centrally configurable and evaluate eligibility before optimization. This avoids unsafe provider shopping and keeps provider capability, health and credential compatibility visible.
Connectivity
Credential processing
PaymentInstrumentId abstracts the credential boundary while card-vault, provider-token, network-token and stored-credential behavior remain controlled by configuration and provider compatibility.
CVV is never persisted after authorization.
3-D Secure
3DS authentication can be orchestrated before financial authorization for eligible ecommerce flows, while authorization remains a separate financial decision and provider transmission.
3DS Authentication ≠ Payment Authorization
Financial lifecycle
Real-time payment outcomes connect into clearing, settlement, reconciliation, ledger and operational exception workflows without implying external scheme certification.
From authorization to scheme settlement
MerchantPaisa keeps the financial lifecycle explicit from authorization through scheme settlement, reconciliation and operational monitoring.
Eligible captured or financial transactions can be transformed into scheme-clearing records and prepared for submission according to the selected clearing profile.
MerchantPaisa connects its Disputes & Chargebacks workflow with the Clearing Engine so an approved representment decision can produce a controlled second-presentment financial submission.
Clearing records can be correlated with original payment activity using available transaction references and configured matching profiles.
Controlled scheme file processing
MerchantPaisa retains the original file and record history when clearing submissions are rejected or require correction. Resubmissions follow controlled lifecycle and duplicate-prevention rules rather than overwriting previous financial history.
Fees, settlement and reconciliation
MerchantPaisa includes a versioned, effective-dated calculation framework for interchange and scheme/network fees. Actual production rates and rules must be configured from authorized Visa, Mastercard, sponsor or processor specifications.
Accepted clearing input, settlement positions, gross/net processing, refunds, reversals, fees, multiple currencies, FX readiness, business dates, settlement cycles, confirmation and mismatch handling.
MerchantPaisa compares clearing, scheme/sponsor data and settlement results to detect amount, currency, count, fee, FX, missing-record, duplicate and three-way mismatches.
Operations
Operations workflows help teams manage InDoubt events, failed inquiries, failed reversals, late responses, provider incidents, clearing exceptions, settlement exceptions, reconciliation mismatches and token or account-updater issues.
Monitoring
Illustrative telemetry categories only. The public site does not display live statistics or operational data.
Security
