Your data.
Your private intelligence.

Explore an intelligence layer for payment operations, designed to work from your own authorized business data and approved knowledge—not public web search.

Own authorized private business data. No OpenAI. No external AI processing.

Product Preview. This public interaction is synthetic. Live private-model inference and your deployment scope require separate validation and enablement.

Which settlements need review in this sample portfolio?

The settlement source is unavailable in this synthetic scenario. I cannot calculate a review count or confirm a payout. An unavailable source is not zero transactions or zero settlements.

EIGHT AREAS TO EXPLORE

A more useful view of payment operations.

From a question to a permissioned answer or a draft for review. These are intended capability areas—not a claim that every workflow is released in your environment.

03

AI reconciliation

Investigate unmatched items against recorded evidence and propose possible matching candidates.

Matching suggestions do not post adjustments or resolve financial exceptions automatically.

04

AI payment orchestration

Explain recorded routing factors and compare supported provider performance or cost in context.

Recommendations are advisory. The Acquirer retains production routing control and execution.

05

AI partner management

Summarize assigned partner or ISO portfolios, merchant activity and recorded commissions.

Earned values remain distinct from estimates. Partner scope is enforced by the management service.

06

AI merchant support

Use approved guidance and authorized transaction evidence to help explain a merchant question.

Escalate to a person where supported; do not invent bank decline reasons or promise an outcome.

07

Settlement tracking

Explain recorded settlement, payout and exception states with relevant source references.

Scheduled settlement is not confirmed receipt of funds.

08

Predictive reporting

Explore future forecasting for activity, cash flow or settlement trends when the required data and method are available.

Forecasts need sufficient authorized history, a validated method, a horizon and visible uncertainty—not guaranteed outcomes.

OWN YOUR INTELLIGENCE

Private by design.
Permissioned by default.

The following are requirements for an approved private deployment—not security controls proven by this marketing preview.

“Own private AI” means control of the Copilot service, serving environment, approved knowledge and data boundary. It does not claim MerchantPaisa trained or owns an original foundation model. No base-model vendor, license, runtime, hardware or hosting topology is selected by this website.

01

Grounded in your records

Business answers should use authorized records and approved knowledge, not public web search or unsupported model-memory claims.

02

A private processing path

The intended deployment uses private non-OpenAI model serving. Retrieval, embeddings and reranking must remain private when used; no OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, external AI API or silent fallback.

03

No external AI training or tracing

Business prompts, retrieved records, documents and answers must not be exported to external AI training, tracing or model-improvement services.

04

Server-side permission gates

Identity, tenant ownership, partner relationships, merchant and store scope, and field restrictions must be checked before data reaches a model. Prompt wording is not access control.

05

Evidence before confidence

Answers need source references, freshness and honest no-match, insufficient-information and unavailable-source states instead of invented financial information.

06

People retain control

Separately enabled actions require human confirmation and existing authorization and approval controls. A model is never the authority for payments, balances or settlement.

ALONGSIDE THE PLATFORM

An intelligence layer.
Not a payment engine.

The Copilot is separate from the financial authorization path. It does not become a compulsory hop for a payment.

Management retains identity and authorization responsibilities. The Acquirer retains processing, routing execution and authoritative financial outcomes. The model remains within an approved private AI boundary.

  2. 02
    Management API authorization and scope

Identity, ownership and field permissions are checked before data access.

  3. 03
    Separate private Copilot

The model stays inside the approved AI deployment boundary.

  4. 04
    Approved, permission-filtered data tools

Only authorized records and knowledge reach the answer process.

    Grounded answer with evidence

Sources, freshness and limits stay visible.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Clear boundaries.
Useful answers.

Is this preview connected to my business?

No. The examples are fixed, synthetic website content. They make no AI-model, business-database, payment or private-service calls.

Will my prompts or records go to OpenAI?

The intended private deployment requires no OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, external AI APIs or external fallback. That requirement applies to model serving, retrieval, embeddings, reranking and tracing. This website preview itself has no prompt entry or AI processing.

Can the Copilot create payment links or change routing?

Not from this public preview. A payment-link answer is a draft only. Any separately enabled action would need human confirmation and the existing application authorization and approval process; routing execution remains with the Acquirer.

How are answers kept within my scope?

An approved runtime must enforce tenant, partner, merchant, store and field permissions server-side before records reach a model. The sample scope labels on this page illustrate the design; they are not access controls.

Are forecasts guaranteed?

No. Predictive reporting is future scope that requires sufficient authorized history, a validated method, a defined horizon and visible uncertainty.
